We are currently accepting Cigna, Aetna, Medicare, Peak Health, United Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, TRICARE, Humana, and some forms of Medicaid.
We are in the process of accepting  Optima/ Sentara Medicaid.

Many insurance plans cover telehealth. However, it is best to contact your insurance carrier directly to learn about your specific plan. If your plan does not cover telehealth or you do not have insurance you can still schedule a telehealth visit for $75.

Seven Bends Health & Aesthetics has partnered with Care Credit & Cherry Payments. You can apply directly via the links provided. 

No, walk-ins/sick visits will be first-come, first-served based on availability of our office schedule. 

We can do point-of-care testing for strep, mono, COVID, influenza, urine pregnancy & urinalysis.
We have the ability to draw blood or send out other laboratory tests to our lab partner, LabCorp. Your labs can be drawn in our office.

Yes, we use Voyce Translation Service.

Unfortunately, we do not have X-Ray at this time. However, we can evaluate you and refer you for an outpatient X-Ray or other imaging services, if needed.

Yes, however, we ask that you make an appointment for DOT physicals. We do not perform any drug screening for employers. We can complete your DOT physical and certification and you can visit an approved laboratory for your drug screening (if required by your employer).

No, we do not currently offer any occupational or workman’s comp services. We do offer DOT physicals.
